Becos ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use becos.io or contact us, how we use it, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Becos is an independent AI automation studio based in Spain. For privacy questions, contact joao@becos.io.

What we collect

• Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), business name, and any message you send us.
• Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, logged by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you requested.
• To improve the site and our services (analytics, aggregate only).
• To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax, responding to lawful requests).

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. Analytics relies on your consent where required.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. Analytics: 14 months. Client records: retained while you are a client and for 6 years afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who sees it

Only the Becos team. We use a small number of processors to operate the service: Google (analytics, email), FormSubmit (form delivery), and our hosting provider. All are bound by data-processing agreements.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email joao@becos.io and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and (with your consent) analytics cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
